Delivering REAL and RAW stories, to INSPIRE change, IGNITE growth, and INFLUENCE positive outcomes.
When it comes to giving presentations, I regard it an absolute privilege to share what I know; the stories and learnings from a whole range of life and leadership experiences, with a genuine intent to inspire and ignite growth in others.
One of my ‘must have’ values is Authenticity - [also my signature keynote topic]. As a speaker, I bring the REAL me to the stage, with RAW courage, fully present, bucket loads of passion and a clear purpose to provide relevant stories and strategies.
With over 30 years’ experience in lead roles, I’ve been presenting on stage, to training groups, and spruiking about positive change whenever I got the chance, since my teenage years.

I’ve been exploring and researching what it takes to be a successful leader for a very long time. In fact, my curiosity about leadership started as a child, searching for the right role models. I discovered very early in life the difference between the good, bad, and manipulative, which led to a strong need to understand the motivation behind human behaviour. You could say I have an acutely alert radar for all things leadership.
So generally, I speak on leadership topics. What it takes to be a dynamic, authentic, genuine, ethical leader. Why that’s important. How to build leadership strengths. My overall goal is to inspire the audience to be awesome leaders.
I particularly love it when I can combine my two great passions, and present about the need for more women in leadership. I truly believe that the time is NOW for more women to stand up and speak with gusto on this topic.
Over the past few years, I’ve spoken at industry forums, business conferences, network groups, community group events, and women’s celebration events.
Let’s face it … most of us have had enough of the ‘fake’ stuff. You don’t have to look very far for current examples. I don’t use the saying ‘fake it ‘til you make it’; to me, that’s not being authentic. When it comes to leadership, people want to connect with the real you; the genuine version. People want to know WHO you are, before they get why you do what you do.
This signature keynote presentation inspires leaders to bring their ‘whole self’ to their roles, lead from their core, and provides 3 key strategies to become a more authentic leader.
The word DARE has strongly influenced my mindset and actions in recent years, and using it as an acronym, I’ve developed 2 useful formulas to share: one a personal leadership motto, and the other forms Part 1 of my book – Rock Your Stripes.
This signature keynote is a passionate, urgent call out for women to step up bravely, stand out boldly, speak up brilliantly; to be their full-arse version, get involved and lead change. NOW is the time.
Inspiration is one thing, but turning that into actioning real change requires a fundamental shift in thinking, smashing fears that hold us back and unravelling entrenched illogical beliefs.
In this signature keynote [or expanded workshop series] I share what I’ve personally discovered are the 5 core igniters and strengtheners of inner personal power, that fuels confidence and courage to keep daring; now cheekily referred to in Part II of my book – Rock Your Stripes, as the FAVE 5 formula.
WHY choose to blend in, bow or bend to external pressures? Why hide when you were born to stand out?
Embracing individuality from childhood, I share real and raw stories of my unique journey from blank-canvas to rocking my own colourful stripes. Then I’ll show you how to smash the confidence sucking crap, to build your individuality muscle from the inside-out - from self-awareness -> self-confidence -> self-leadership.
Feeling boxed in, choosing to blend with the rest, or just biding time? I know a thing or two about busting out of belittling confines, boldly challenging status-quo, and bravely standing up for what is right, fair, equitable, rich in opportunity, and good for our society.
In this straight-shooting talk, I share stories about boxes, boots and bull shit, and call out the four crappy C’s that you need to let go of, to courageously lead bold changes.
Known as Change Champions, disrupters of the status quo, having embraced many new chapters with gusto and enthusiasm; it’s no surprise that we speak positively about change. We believe the world needs courageous leaders who are willing to change the game, rather than puppets of entrenched practices.
This presentation is ideal as a challenging keynote or practical workshop, as it provides triple treat frameworks [3 things x 3 tips] on how to be a gamechanger.
When it comes to workplace culture, some leaders take the attitude: ‘not my circus, not my monkeys’. Or they flick pass culture issues to the HR department. We believe that it’s the leader’s responsibility to set the tone of their workplace culture; with clearly articulated expectations, by encouraging and empowering their workforce, not ruling with threats or instilling fear.
This lively, interactive talk provides a practical framework of 5 C’s, to get your people on board the train and keep the wheels on track, to mitigate culture derailment.
The words ‘leadership’ and ‘management’ get thrown around and often interchanged without understanding the difference. We know that many who move from management into leadership roles struggle with that leap. That’s because leadership is not a position, it’s a set of attitudes and behaviours. Leadership development is vitally important, regardless of how high up you sit in the tree.
This talk, initially designed for newly elected representatives and executive teams, helps new leaders understand what it means to lead. It provides the 5 practices of great leaders, with 10 practical tips for becoming a better leader.
As a proud and practicing feminist since my early teens, and having broken through a few brick walls in my time, I never expected that I would be still talking about the need for equal choices, equal opportunities, and equal rights for women – into this century. Joining the LEAN IN Global movement in 2013 was a no-brainer for me. We must address this issue. We need more women to lean into the decision-making tables.
This presentation is delivered with bucket loads of passion. It’s personal, it’s purposeful, and it’s unapologetically aimed to inspire and encourage women to not hold back.
